Anne of Green Gables

So this book is a classic and all i found out that its about an old couple, Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert, who need a strong young boy around the house to help with work. Instead they get a girl named Anne. This book seems really boring i have to stop forgetting to bring Harry Potter.

house of sand and fog

So yesterday I took Harry Potter home and forgot to bring it back so today I read House of Sand and Fog. It seems kind of hard to follow. So far its about this Persian immigrant who used to be very very rich in his country. I'm not sure why he moved to California but he did. He's just basically talking about how he's working on the side of the highway picking up trash. I think its community service hours.

chapter 28-snapes worst memory

George and Fred are planning to cause total mayhem for Umbridge. They really don't care about getting in trouble anymore considering this year they'll be leaving so in celebration of N.E.W.T.s they tell Ron, Harry and Hermione they have something very special planned. Right before lunch that day Filch takes Harry up to Umbridge's office. She asks him to have a drink and slips a truth serum in it. She asks him again and again where Dumbledore is and where Sirius Black is but Harry is smarter than her becuase hes only pretending to drink it.

chapter 27-the centaur and the sneak and chapter 28-snapes worst memory

so everybody's in Dumbledores office and they're talking about Harry and the D.A. meetings. Dumbledore admits to plotting against the ministry of magic. Fudge is terrified and appoints Umbridge as the new Head Mistress of Hogwarts. As her first act of Head Mistress of Hogwats she hand picks certain students and make them something like prefects only they're allowed to dock off house points. she pretty much makes the whole slytherin house her goons.

chapter 25- the beetle at bay and chapter 26- the seen and unforseen

By the end of the last chapter, Harry and Cho's date was a complete disaster considering she stormed off crying because harry didn't want to talk about cedric dying....again. he then met up with hermione at the three broomsticks. Rita Skeeter was with her and she proposed that Harry should publish his side of the story about the death eaters breaking out of Azkaban in The Quibbler.

chapter 25- the beetle at bay

so harry is starting meetings again with the D.A. and avoiding umbridge at all cost. harry is waiting for hagrid or pr. trelawney to get fired and hes really nervous. on top of schoolwork, drama with cho, and not being able to play quittich, harrys mind seems to be getting weaker seeing as his scar is hurting a lot more

chapter 24- occlumency

so they get on the knight bus and the finally get 2 hogwarts. When they get to class everybody is asking harry when the next D.A. meeting is hoping it will be that night. nobody is supposed know that harry is taking occlumency so he tells them that he is taking remedial potions that night so he cant have the meeting. later he meets Cho in the halls and asks her to go to hogsmade with him on valentines day. she says yes :)
